    Our weekly column is back after a long summer break. The next milestone of Enonic 5 is only a few weeks away, keep reading for some fresh screenshots.

    What happened this week?

    • Studentsamskipnaden i Oslo og Akershus (The Student Union in Oslo and Akershus) signed as a new customer this summer, and will be building their new web on Enonic CMS.
    • Our senior consultant Rune has been working on an Enonic plugin archetype lately. Read his article and learn how easy it is to get started with building a new Enonic plugin.
    • We have hired an external white hat security expert to test Enonic CMS according to the OWASP testing methodology. Read about our experiences with OWASP testing in this labs article.
    • We are just finished with Enonic 5 milestone 5. Here are some of the news:
      • Admin goes responsive - most parts of admin are now mobile enabled - worlds first? Se screenshot below.
      • Real Module system supporting both Java and Javascript - Enonic is now an app server!
      • Support for installing modules from maven style repositories
      • Enonic UI introduced - powerful object oriented framework for web-app UI development - 3.rd party frameworks evicted.
      • Versioning and workspace established - We made our first "publish"
